Monthly Services:
- 30-day notice required for cancellation
- Refund for unused portion of current billing cycle
- No cancellation fee for monthly services
Annual Services:
- 60-day notice required for cancellation
- Refund for unused months, minus 10% administrative fee
- No refund for first 3 months of annual contracts
3.3 Consulting Services
- 24-hour notice required for cancellation
- Full refund for unused prepaid hours
- No refund for consultations already conducted
